All sales of custom-built PCs are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
This policy applies to all custom-built PCs and components sold by JFT BUILDS.
Pre-configured PCs may be eligible for a return within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
Pre-configured PC Returns:
The PC must be returned in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
The PC must be returned with all original accessories and documentation.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned pre-configured PCs.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions:
We may make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis for defective or damaged products. To request an exception, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Proof of defect or damage may be required.

Orders for custom-built PCs are subject to a non-refundable deposit of A 1/4 of the value of a the PC.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the build.
We accept various payment methods, including anything but card or crypto.

Customers are responsible for picking up their custom-built PCs from our location in Oregon.
We do not offer shipping services.
If you require shipping, you are responsible for arranging and paying for it independently.
